Key Responsibilities: Assist client in offering their top products to the customer Manage client accounts to access product value, marketing techniques, retail value, promotions and retail store placement Enter a high volume of data from multiple client sources into the customer portal New item setup, price changes, coupons, and promotions Manage day-to-day relationships Request, receive, and distribute client samples to customer Create and manage project cost, sales and data reports Prepare CEO for sales meetings and conduct appropriate follow-ups Prepare PowerPoint decks to include client information, products, and pricing Communicate product shipments and deliveries Email/phone inquiries and requests Project trackers and calendars Maintain internal database

Qualifications: Associate’s / Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience Microsoft Office Proficiency: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Access CRM Software Experience: Sales Force, Monday.com Proficient mathematical skills Effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment Complete multiple projects timely as scheduled Organize and prioritize daily duties to meet needs Ability to problem solve and devise creative solutions Perform under tight deadlines while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm Collaborate with other team members Analytical ability to develop and implement improvements or recommendations
